Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. Personalised items are excluded from exchange and return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (personalised products such as engraved jewellery or special orders), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGE & RETURN:
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days. All items must be in perfect, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items are excluded from exchange and return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Instructions:

§ 4 RETURN SHIPPING COST AGREEMENT, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR EXCLUSION
WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rosé Fine Jewellery - Attn: Returns Processing, Fundergasse 6/2/7, 1220 Vienna, Austria, Email: info@rosefinejewellery.com, Phone: +43 681 81295103) via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please request your exchange or return online. Approval will be sent via email, after which you may return the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back in their original, undamaged condition.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
